Preliminary round

• Contestants must present a 3 minutes speech on any of the topics provided.
• Evaluationwillhappenbasedonthecandidate’scontent,bodyLanguageandlanguage
• proficiency
• Top 6 orators will be selected and made to give a 10 minutes speech on the same from which top2winnersforeachcategory,willbeselected!

Note to the Participants:

• Participants will be provided with the A3 size sheets. Maximum 90mins will be given for the participants.
• Participants are required to assemble in the hall, 30 mins prior to the Event. Participants are required to bring their own Art Suppliers.
• Kindly bring School ID cards.
• The Judges’ decision is final and no discussion or correspondence will be entertained regarding the same.

Photography

Guidelines

Theme : Science, Engineering, Agriculture

Time

09:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Photograph Specifications:

• The total file size must be less than 30 MB
• Photographs must not have any borders, signatures, names, personal logos or watermarks. Post processing of the pictures is allowed, but changes like modifications to background will lead to disqualification.
• If processed, the original image should also be submitted
• No restrictions on the type of Camera or mobile phone that can be used Images should be in JPEG format.
• The minimum resolution of the pictures must be 3 Megapixels

Event Format

• This is an individual event and is open to everyone attending Agni Siragugal event.
• Entries with offensive or inappropriate content or those which promote any specific brand will be disqualified.
• The photographs submitted must be the genuine, original work of the participant
• The photographs have to be taken during the fest. No old photograph will be accepted for the contest.
• Any device can be used to capture the photo
• In case of mobile phones, participants must bring their phone compatible USB cables for submission of their photographs.
• Participants can submit a maximum of only 1 photograph.
• The Judges’ decision is final and no discussion or correspondence will be entertained regarding the same.

Short Film

Guidelines

Time

09:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Photograph Specifications:

The topic will be given on-spot

Each team should consist of 4 participants only

Participants can use any kind of devices (mobile or camera) for shooting

Editing can be done in any software

The maximum time limit of the film should not exceed 4 mins

Participants should not disturb any individuals and the event happening at the venue

Physical damages of any properties in the venue are strictly prohibited

Judges results are the final.
