The Driving Story of our Alumni Pramoth who carved his own path to Success

Pramoth is now making his mark as a senior employee in a leading organization, for which the many essential skills and experience he gained at Sri Shakthi greatly helped him to thrive in each phase of his career.

Rewinding the clock to the time, when a young boy had to choose his career path. It was the year 2013, Pramoth P from Coimbatore, set his heart in the field of Mechanical Engineering and decided to graduate at Sri Shakthi Institute of Engineering and Technology. Having his mother as a housewife and father working as a production manager at Tirupur textiles, he departed with the support of his parents to Sri Shakthi, where he knew straight away, from this place he can go all the way towards his ambitions.

Sri Shakthi is the holistic destination for dreamers to arrive and transform themselves into an achiever. Pramoth did the exact thing during his life at campus, he indulged himself in many self-development activities. He became a member in SAE and secured 51st overall ranking in India at MEGA ATV Championship.

Pramoth's third year of college was surely a memorable one for him and the institution. He participated in the national level technical symposium held at Sri ram college and made us all proud by winning the first prize in the Technical Quiz event. During the national level technical symposium held at Sri Shakthi, he presented a paper on the topic "BLUE Crude". As a third-year project he designed and fabricated a "MINI JET ENGINE", this project was mainly developed to showcase the new type of combustion chamber in the jet engine. It got the appreciation of many people on the campus, including Dr.Manian, the HOD of the Mechanical department.

In his final year, he had another list to complete which he did at the end. Pramoth designed and fabricated "Automatic Sheet Metal Rolling Machine" and published the paper for the same in IJRASET. Later in the year, he participated in BAJA 2017. He also formulated a new theory for "TIME TRAVEL" and published it as an international journal.

Sri Shakthi takes pride in helping graduates reach the aspirations of their life. Here, the students are given the right exposure to science and technology from which they can fine-tune their skills and knowledge and be ready as the right candidate for the companies. At the end of his graduation, Pramoth was also one of the industry ready aspirant who started his job at Payoda technologies, he gained three years of professional experience in this organization and more importantly, he made well use of the analytical and communication skills he gained at our college in unique problem-solving techniques and meeting client expectations, which won him the "Employee of the Year" award for 2018-2019 period. Later in 2019, he clinched another award called "Extra Mile" for being consistent and acquiring 9.5/10 rating from the client.

Currently, Pramoth is working as a Network Engineer at Barclays and has a plan to establish his own start-up after COVID 19 crisis. All our students are taught in this way to do something for the society, and Pramoth is our another Alumni we are proud of, for his contributions to society. He once spent 1 lakh rupees along with a crew of 10 peoples for the growth of orphan children. He is also an active member of the Toast Masters Club in Chennai and Coimbatore.
