- Working Days : 08.30 AM to 07.0 PM
- Weekends/Holidays: 09.30 AM to 05.00 PM
Circulation
Issue and Return:
- 8.30 A.M. to 5.30 P.M. on Working days
- UG & PG – 4 books, 14 days
- Teaching Staff - 8 Books 30 days
- Non –Teaching Staff - 4 Books 30 days
Guidelines to Students
- Students should enter the library with their Identity card.
- Enter the names in the Library gate register is compulsory.
- Please keep silence when you are inside the Library.
- Only blank sheets are allowed inside the library. (Notebooks & bags are not allowed)
- Personal books, jewellery and costly items are not permitted.
- Do not make any mark with pen or pencil on books and periodicals. If you are found marking you shall replace it with a new book.
- Don’t borrow books from other ID Card, if you do so your account will be blocked.
- Keep your personal belongings at the entrance shelf.
- Avoid thronging (crowd) at the entrance.
- Don’t tear the newspaper separately. Don’t cut the newspaper and magazine. If found the particular person’s account will be blocked from using the library.
- Avoid moving books and journals from one section to another section.
- If the books are returned after the due date then students will be fined 1 Rs. Per day.
- In case of loss of book the borrower is required to replace the book by a recent edition.
- If a book is lost by the borrower they have to replace it with the new book otherwise pay the cost of the book.
- At the end of the academic year every student should get the NO DUES Receipt from library.
